We understand shopping center ownership and are able to negotiate most effectively on behalf of landlords, as we are property owners ourselves. Additionally, we are experienced in recognizing tenant improvement, credit, and brokerage commission issues.

Beyond the scope of a typical management company, we have also directed the construction of tenant improvements at all retail properties. These projects have been successful through our long-standing relationships with contractors, tradesmen and architects as well as our partnerships with several construction companies.

Tenant needs are constantly evolving, but need to be met in order to maximize a property’s value. We provide our asset management services in order to do just that, by accommodating relocations, expansions and working with other various demands.

Our relationships go beyond just contractors, and also include banks. We currently act as a receiver in order to property manage, help lenders, and dispose of assets when appropriate.

One of our affiliates, SDI Realty, Inc., holds an Illinois brokerage license. It can assist our clients in the disposition of assets.
